Our Story

Founded in 2021 by Mr.Laskhitha Karunarathna, Sinhagiri Tours began with a simple yet powerful vision: to share the authentic beauty and culture of Sri Lanka with travelers from around the world.

After years of working as a local guide, Lakshitha noticed that many tourists were missing out on the true essence of Sri Lanka. Mass tourism was bringing visitors to the same crowded spots, while the island's hidden treasures remained unexplored.

With deep knowledge of his homeland and a passion for personalized service, Lakshitha established Sinhagiri Tours. Named after the ancient rock fortress of Sigiriya, our company embodies the strength, uniqueness, and cultural significance that defines Sri Lanka.
